I absolutely love this dermatology practice, including their other locations. My dermatologist, Jessica King, is exceptional. I’ve dealt with several unusual and frustrating skin issues on my face, and she has been consistently thorough, knowledgeable, and effective at getting things cleared up. They are also incredibly responsive. Over the summer, I discovered a bald spot and was diagnosed with alopecia areata. From the day I noticed it to the day I was seen was only about four to five business days, and treatment started immediately. We saw improvement within the first two to three injections. I've been going here for 9/10 years and I have never been seen on time. Today's appointment - which will be my last there - was 10:45 am, for which I arrived 5 minutes early. By11:15, after not a peep from anyone, I had my co-pay refunded and I left. They call/text/email 15 times leading up to the appointment, confirming and re-confirming, but can't pay you the same courtesy of a call/text/email when they are running "x" minutes behind. I know you are busy.....I AM TOO. That's why we make appointments. This place should just be walk-in/first come-first serve.

I have had keloid treatment for over 3 decades, but my experience with Dr. Jessica King has been better than I ever experienced-even in comparison to top plastic surgeons in New England. Knowledgeable, thorough and almost painless treatment.

I normally go to the melrose location but needed and appointment quick and they sent me to reading. The front desk was super nice and the wait time wasn’t long! The appointment felt rushed and I didn’t feel right when I left that office. I went to get a second opinion from an MD at a different practice. I was severely misdiagnosed by the PA here. I won’t be returning.
