Good luck getting an appointment. Hours are inflexible, god forbid you have to cancel an appointment the wait is months out. Had a good experience a few years back but clearly the clinic is not what it was

Victoria is a brilliant dermatologist, however, patient care and service has declined severely over the past couple of years. First, they don’t validate parking. Second, the front desk staff is horribly rude, lazy and unkind. Third, you will always have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to be seen. When you finally see the doctor, you may at best, get 3 minutes of her time. Lastly, getting prescription refills is a hassle.

I had my first visit yesterday and I find that they are very kind, caring, diligent, and caring medical facility. Thank God they're in Quincy and a true asset to the community.

I am truly perplexed by the negative reviews regarding Dr. Kouhung's staff. As a six-year patient of Dr. Kouhung's dermatology practice, I have consistently encountered exceptional professionalism, kindness, and care. The front desk staff are invariably helpful, considerate, and professional, promptly returning calls and addressing concerns. I have witnessed how the interact with the patients that are coming in and waiting in the waiting room. They are more than courteous and considerate. They know me by my name when I enter, they offer me samples of cream that are in a big bowl in front of them, They reassure patients that their turn is coming up soon.
