Maria and Doctor Ramirez is very nice i love them. Also the staff are very friendly and place is clean and very nice and comfortable too. You can see your child putting their braces safely and my son is comfortable too. I highly recommend!

The orthodontist created a clear treatment plan and answered all my questions. The office is clean, organized, and runs on time. Adjustments are gentle, and they give great tips for managing soreness and keeping braces clean. My son’s teeth have moved so much faster than I expected, and my confidence has gone up a lot. I’m so happy I chose this place.

The front desk staff especially Ms. Alfenix Fernandez at this office is outstanding. She is professional, friendly, and extremely organized. From check-in to scheduling appointments, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. They are very helpful with insurance questions and always communicate clearly. I am deeply regretting going here. I went to Diamond Braces to get my permanent retainer fixed. Since the appointment, I have realized that the bonding resin was applied too heavily. The resin is currently bridging my teeth together—specifically, the spaces above the wire are completely filled with hardened material, and the resin extends down to my gum line. I am unable to floss or pass a threader between my teeth, which is a significant hygiene concern. The office said I shouldn’t be able to floss anymore. WHAT? My teeth feel fused together, causing constant pressure and pain. The excess resin is irritating my tongue and gums. When I called the office, they asked me if it was my first time that I got permanent retainer instead of apologizing. NO. I had permanent for the last 10 YEARS

I want to thank and commend Miss Alfenix for the excellent service she provided at the dental clinic. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with a kind, professional, and attentive attitude, which made my experience much more pleasant. It was clear that she was eager to help and make sure everything was in order, answering all my questions and making the process smooth and efficient.
