Nice office, professional staff, average visit to monitor my pacemaker. Doctor introduced himself and was very pleasant and easy to talk to. However twice he took phone calls from his cell phone which were non emergency (I could hear the conversation) the second phone call he stepped outside for a few minutes. Both of these calls interrupted us in the middle of my questions about my recent surgery, recovery and pacemaker. Yes he did eventually answer them. However is it too much to expect that he can give his undivided attention to a patient at hand who waited two months for the appointment? I think he is a highly competent and respected heart doctor but I think he needs to improve his professional manner on office visits. He does have a warm and caring manner. My ratings will probably go

We had been going to our previous cardiologist for many years until he retired. This was our first visit with Dr. Pubbi and so pleased with our visit. Dr. Pubbi was so thorough going over all our issues. Explained everything and made sure we understood what he was telling us. He discussed our treatment plan and explained other options to us, we were happy with what he was telling us and he recommended certain tests to enable him to get a complete picture of our conditions which we were in total agreement with. We enjoyed the visit and felt completely confident with our new doctor! We never felt rushed and he took his time with us. He also has a great sense of humor.😊

Love Dr. Pubbi!...sometimes, a great experience with a Doctor like him, is so instrumental in better health...for me, he has been. For this i am so grateful...I am having a new lease on life. Doctor Pubbi is also wonderful because he has an AMAZING Staff , supporting him!

Dr. Was prompt and very personable. He explained the process of dealing with my AFib by ablasion and I was impressed with his understanding of a device they implant so I will not have to take blood thinners…I can’t remember the name of the device! I really appreciate Dr Dinesh. He knows what he is doing. I feel positive for the first time in a long time.

I love my people at this office. My pacemaker guy Paul is the best. He is very thorough and kind always. I trust him. The nurses and MEs are very kind. Allison the PA is a great person and listens and very very good at what she does. Very nice. Now, Dr Pubbi is the best Dr in my opinion. He has great knowledge, empathy, he listens and really cares about his patients. Always encouraging them. Can't say enough good things about him. I trust him . That says volumes. Wish he was not so busy but that is because he is the best EP in North Florida! I am blessed to have found him. Debbie van Dijk
