Incredible to look up a company in the 21st century, that has reviews like this. Obviously if they weren't the in network providers at Health One we would have steered clear. 1. Submitted a bill for the wrong calendar year to our insurance. 2. Sent the bill to the wrong address putting avenue instead of street. 3. Their website bill pay system is broken. The login verification system sends you a text of a code, and when the code is entered the system won't accept it. 4. Call customer service: a. Gave them patients birthday (they are 3 months old)...they asked if I they were speaking with the patient. b. All they did was update the address. c. Can't send the bill to our email d. Can't tell us why the bill went out to the wrong address

I was sent to collections for imaging work that was done more than four years ago. At no point did I ever receive any bills or notification in the mail, or via email, text, phone, etc. The less than helpful “customer service” representative insisted that three bills were mailed to me four years ago and that they had attempted to reach me before. I assured them I never heard anything and was disgusted by their lack of professionalism. I also pointed out that there are multiple complaints of the same nature online, demonstrating that they are the problem here. Color me surprised reading all of these reviews and the complaints on BBB. A bunch of greedy scam artists.

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would, terrible company all around, unprofessional, got sent to collections without notice, states you were "able to make payments via txt message" yet txt messages were never sent or given the option to opt in for messages, received one statement, never received statements after that until I got a collections notice. Anyone you speak with does not help, gives you repeated verbiage of "we did everything on our end, that is how our policy is, handle it with collections". Does not send consistent statements. Highly do not recommend. Unfortunately North Suburban uses them for radiology, HIGHLY SUGGEST TO GO ELSEWHERE. No one in their billing knows what they are doing. Incompetent, rude, the list can keep going.

I have the same story. I just received a call from a collection agency today 1-17-19, for services performed 12-6-16. NEVER received a bill. When I called, they told me they had tried to contact me on several occasions. Yet, I never received any mail, never got a phone call, never got a message. Mine was from a car accident and Diversified admitted they sent it to collection BEFORE my insurance company even responded to the claim. I pay my bills on time and I have excellent credit, that I’ve worked a lifetime to maintain. I would NEVER have ignored something like this, had I been notified. Evil people. How can anyone justify working for that place? How do they sleep at night?

Agree with everyone else. Routinely sends me numerous invoices for services that were already paid in full by Medicare & supplement. I verified with my insurance company that the claim from diversified had been paid in full, and diversified still claimed they had never even sent them a claim, and that they did not have my contact info (despite the numerous invoices mailed to me). 3/10/24 update : I have had 2 MRI's ordered thru COC/OCC. BOTH times Diversified has submitted duplicate claims to my Medicare supplement ! Which, correctly got denied. This company is sufficient reason to NOT do business with Colorado orthopedic consultants (COC)/ orthopedic consultants of colorado (OCC).
