Division Of Cardiology At Mount Sinai Medical Center Key Biscayne

Here the Doctor Alyssa George never got a call back ...they act like it's a huge hospital like they have alot of Patients ...my girl is a cancer surviver..n she needed an important referral for a important test n we never got the referral instead we got the back n Fourth, Excuses but never a solution .we had to switch Doctor along with a new clinic, n got the referral Right Away ..something that mount sinai Key Biscayne office couldn't or better yet DIDNT DO!!!N let me say it's not every mount sinai locations just this one.DO BETTER!! because People lives is in yall hands n there's alot of medical issues that you can't keep people waiting or make up accuses way yall couldn't n didnt get a Referral!

I really, really love the doctor here (Dr. Mechanic is an absolutely amazing doctor), but the front desk is atrocious. The doctor here scheduled an ultrasound and stress test. When the front desk scheduled it, they scheduled it incorrectly. I called them 3 times to try to get them to correct it, and I had to dial at least 5 different numbers and be on the phone for at least 1 hour and still nothing is done. I've never met such lazy front desk people in my life.

I have been coming here for quite some time and I have had nothing but stellar service.
