Newsflash: expectations don’t always equal reality, and disappointment isn’t automatically the provider’s fault. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, I picked up the phone (yes, actually called), and everything was resolved just fine. Dr. Alexa is one of the better telehealth platforms I’ve used. Before leaving a complaint, it might be worth checking your motivation—you’ll often find the issue isn’t Dr. Alexa. If you have a question, call them. The support staff is helpful and things get handled. Many people seem to prefer avoiding human interaction altogether and instead expect chat or email access to a physician—often because they’re embarrassed about the visit or alre

I’ve canceled my subscription deleted my account and these people still have my card information on file. I keep getting charged and every time I call or email these people nothing happens.

Extremely slow and disorganized. Would not recommend them for anyone looking for urgent meds. I will never use their services again.

Absolutely amazing! If I could give 10 stars, I would do so. I don't usually review companies or products, but I am so completely impressed that I had to share. I have an infection under an implant that was installed many years ago. I found Doctor Alexa online, and I had never tried an online doctor before. I was skeptical at first, but with the swelling and pain, I took the risk. The service was excellent! They said they would respond within 4 hours, but in fact, within about an hour, three prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I highly recommend your service!

Poorly Run Website & Poor Customer Service: Paid the $59 fee at around 10pm and completed online forms but website kicked me off before I could hit "submit". Logged back on to my Profile, and before the site would allow me to resubmit the forms tried to make me pay another $59 so I logged off. Got a text the next morning with a link to resubmit the forms (without making another $59) which I did in great detail. About 10 minutes later got a phone call from the Dr saying "a bunch of information was missing from my profile"--and it was the same information I had just submitted. I gave the person the same information...again...and when I asked what the issue was she blew me off and then hung up on me. Hopefully I did not just waste $59. I was just trying to get antibiotics for a sinus infecti
