This is the best urgent care I have been to. Staff are courteous. Doctor knowledgeable, respectful. She was very good with my son, nice explains everything to him that she is doing. Did amazing at explaining what was gong on and why and why the medication. I prefer this place now over the others!

The team at Albuquerque walk-in clinic were amazing. My infection needed considerable attention and Deanna (NP) knew exactly what needed to be done. Along with her assistant they provided me with professional care all the while being very compassionate about my needs. I can’t say enough about this health care team and how they responded to someone traveling though and needing help.

The NP that came in to my son’s appointment was very rude from the get go. You could tell she seemed bothered to be in there. Every symptom that he had she would say it was his ASMTHA. My son has used an inhaler 1 time over a year and a half ago. I told her he was hallucinating at night n she blamed it on his asthma. I asked her for something g for a cough and she said to use an inhaler … first off we don’t have an inhaler that isn’t expired and second I would not know how to use an inhaler for a cough. He is coughing to the point he can not talk. He can’t get any rest nor can I. This was the most horrible doctor I have met. I wasn’t asking for antibiotics I was asking for something to ease his cough at night … a normal doctor would have offered cough syrup or the cough pills. I will NEVER

I walked in today because I was recommended to it by a friend. And when I walked in there was no other patients there and I walked to the front desk and a dude walked out from the back and he asked how he could help me and I told him that I had pinched nerves on both elbows and he said that they would not be able to help me because they don't have an X-ray machine. If you guys don't have an X-ray machine don't put it on your guy's overview page. Then he suggested I go to Presnow 24/7 Urgent Care because they have an X-ray machine. I just wanted to be seen quickly and get help for my pinched nerves which are in excruciating pain and have now started to affect my shoulders and are causing them pain. I walk everywhere and carry a heavy bag and you guys can't even provide me with proper care.

Deanna Clark is a friendly, patient, skilled Nurse Practitioner. I felt confident in her care and got the help I needed for exacerbated asthma symptoms. The tech that administered my breathing treatment was also kind and professional, as well as the medical receptionist. My prescriptions were sent by text to me directly and to my pharmacy, and HUGE discounts were automatically applied! This clinic is top notch. If you’ve never been, make this your go-to Urgent Care.
