I had an excellent experience getting my DOT medical exam here. I showed up close to closing time because my medical card had just expired, and he was willing to stay late to help me out. That level of customer service is rare and very appreciated. During the exam we started talking and I learned he’s also a chiropractor. I decided to get an adjustment, and I honestly walked out feeling ten times better. What stood out the most was how much he genuinely cares about helping people. He took the time to explain everything, made the entire process comfortable, and you can tell he truly wants his patients to feel better—not just get them in and out the door. Excellent service. The staff was very professional, quick, and friendly throughout the whole process. My appointment was handled without delays, the facility is clean and organized, and the doctor explained each step clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence. I definitely recommend this place for DOT physicals or any other occupational health needs.

I had so much pain I had trouble even sitting or standing. After my first session with Dr Dean, I was going for a walk! He was very nice and helpful. I don't give a five star rating very often, but that definitely deserves five stars!
