Downtown Dental-- Charlotte C. Wiedenman, DMD

I am a very pleased patient of Dr Wiedenman. She is super smart, honest and analytical in her examinations and recommendations, doesn't try to "upsell" stuff, doesn't push unnecessary x-rays, easy to schedule appointments, her staff very helpful in working with insurance company info, and the office in the historic cottage is so welcoming and calming, including the cat on the porch rocking chair. Previously I was with a big practice in a big fancy office; they were always pushing to upsell treatments and they did a bad job on a filling and then tried to make excuses why it really wasn't bad despite it continuing to hurt two years later, dishonest and unprofessional.

I can tell you that Miss Charlotte is the most caring and compassionate dentist I have ever been to. I have had a fear since childhood and now am 53 and I can go to her and have no shots and let her fix my teeth. She is amazing, I have had no pain at all during any of my visits. I love this place. All her staff are awesome as well.

Downtown dental is by far the most exceptional dental experience one can have! Dr Charlotte and staff are caring and compassionate people.

The staff here was incredibly welcoming. They worked me in very quickly, even as a new patient. I was seen as soon as I finished filling out the paperwork, a rarity with most places! The front desk was attentive and friendly. The dental hygienist was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Wiedenman did a fantastic job, as well! They work efficiently and are very kind. They gave a goodies bag, too. I left feeling optimistic, and I’m happy to be a patient here! Highly recommend this office!

Excellent care, compassion, professionalism in a lovely downtown office! I had a crown break and “cold called” the office.....I was given Dr. C’s personal cell phone number and she responded immediately while out of town and after hours! She made sure I was not in pain, etc. and was able to see me first thing Monday morning, repaired the crown, and got me on the way to receive a proper preventative care. The Dr took the time to explain everything and lay out a path forward! Thank you Dr. C!!!!! Pain free!!!
