Downtown Dental

My granddaughter changed insurance and so we found Dr. Deragobian's office and visited. I was so impressed with how her care was handled that I also started going there. It has been years now, and I do not regret it at all. My insurance has changed a few times, and I ALWAYS get assistance with billing and pricing when I have questions. Everyone is always patient and friendly, taking the time to explain everything and address any concerns we have. I have recommended her office multiple times and will continue to do so. Give them an opportunity to impress you - they will!

My history at this place, looking back, was short and horrible. After an initial consultation, I came back for an appointment for a deep cleaning. Instead of the cleaning, they told me I was not suited for this place. I asked why. They couldn't really give me an answer but referred me to La Verne Dental. So I believe I was discriminated against at Downtown Dental for something. Was it gender? Race? I was always kind to them. Anyway, I have been going to La Verne Dental for over three years now, with no problems, no issues. I concluded Downtown Dental's staff determines who they want to be nice to, and who they want to be rude to. I'm a third generation Glendoran and my son's are fourth. As fast as I'm concerned, Downtown Dental is an embarrassment to the community.

Not the place to go back for my dental treatment. Not the best treatment experience. I should seek a second advice instead of allowing this Dr. Rita putting on porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns. She didn't inform me of other available options. Once the crowns were on, I noticed the metal part base were showing and I brought it up. She said the gums would cover the base metal part of the crowns once the gums were not swollen which was a non sense. It should been the opposite in that case. The base of the crowns were never covered. Thanks, Dr. Rita. Second, the front desk two ladies are not the best welcoming people you look forward to see when you first walk in.

Dr. Rita and her staff Nicole, and the other dental employees were awesome, follow the amount that my co payment, I had to pay for my dental work. Very professional. Was satisfied with the excellent service. Awesome Dentist , I've had a in awhile. Give them a call.

Terrible pain control, no designated call line for emergencies after surgury, incorrect hours on the pictures of front door. Rating was 3.3 this AM and after I complained now the ratings are upbto 4.9!! I have a copy of what it was doc
