I am writing to provide feedback about my recent experience at Hector Fabregas MD in Weston. While I understand that every healthcare facility faces challenges, I must express my disappointment with the level of service I received during my visit. First and foremost, the wait time I experienced was extremely excessive. I arrived at the clinic on time for my appointment but ended up waiting for over 1.5 hours without any communication or updates from the staff. I understand that emergencies can happen, causing delays, but not having any doctors available during this time was quite frustrating and disrespectful of my time as a patient. Terrible customer service! Made an appointment almost two weeks ago and the very first question they asked me was what insurance do I have. I get a confirmation call yesterday about my appointment and asked how much is the copayment and she didn’t know. Then I get a call 55 minutes before my appointment telling me that my insurance is out of network and “it’s impossible to be seen by the doctor”. Very unprofessional and waste of my time. Based off this interaction, I would not recommend this place.

Excellent experience, very professional Dr, I was suffering with plantar fasciitis and spurs for more than 2 years, was afraid to get the injection because I had bad experience in the past, but he explained the treatment and now my pain is almost gone.

I had the bunion of my right done by Dr Hernandez and I’m returning to do my left foot. Great doctor and friendly staff. That’s why I’m choosing him again.

Super nice Doctor, explained the anatomy of the foot to me and how I can solve my foot pain. Will recommend!
