Dr.Sefton Vergano

Very knowledgeable, engaged, never rushed. The later can cause some delay in waiting for one’s appointment, but I’d rather have a doctor that gives me his full attention than one who gets me in and out to meet some artificially defined appointment length.

Dr Vergano is the best. My husband has been going to him for years. We overlooked the long wait times and other minor issues that have come up over the years with office staff because the Dr is so good. Calling to reschedule his appointment I was speaking to someone as she told me to hold on, a Mesinaty got on the phone. I could tell right away that she had some sort of issue. She seemed bothered and irritated telling me he did not have his blood work done and his insurance expired. The person who confirmed this appointment with me yesterday said he could get the blood work after and to bring the new insurance card when he comes. She definitely was treating me a certain way as if my husband had NO INSURANCE. I work in the medical profession and know how people should be treated. I then

I have been his patient for since 2013 .. He is very patient, listens to you, takes you along with him while making the decisions on medications and treatment. He is never overbearing. Sometimes the wait time is long (and when I usually end up getting the last appointment before lunch - I expect to be in the waiting room for an hour). I visit him once in 3-4 months, and if my body/health is important I do not mind spending that 1 hr. They have changed management and of late (for whatever reasons) they have been curt. But I go there to be treated by him not by his office staff. So I am , so far, able to set it aside. Overall I will recommend him without batting an eyelid.

So thankful I found Dr Vergano! He is patient, super knowledgeable and kind. He listens and is never dismissive of any of my concerns. He’s a genuinely nice person who makes you feel very comfortable and I truly believe he is invested in each of his patients care. I’ve been to other doctors where you feel during a visit they have one foot out the door to get to their next patient but I’ve never felt that with Dr. V!

Dr. Vergano is a very knowledgeable physician. He takes his time to listen to your medical issues, very thorough in examining you, and explains everything in simple terms. He also involves you in your healthcare decisions. He takes good care of my dad and I highly recommend him to everyone.
