After waiting 45 minutes in an exam room for a surgical procedure, I was told that the scheduler had incorrectly booked my appointment as a "follow up" instead of a "surgery" and the doctor would not be available to see me for at least another hour. This was already having waited an hour to see DR. Bair during my previous visit to this practice...When I explained that I would not be able to wait an additional hour, plus allow time for the procedure to be performed, another appointment was offered to me a month later! At that point I made the decision to choose another Dermatologist. I highly suggest you do the same before choosing to go to this practice...This one is HO-RRENDOUS!
