My experience at this location was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30 AM and had been waiting for this appointment for an entire month. On the same day, I received a message saying the appointment had been changed to 11:00 AM without my confirmation or agreement. I arrived at my original scheduled time (11:30), and the front desk staff refused to let me in because they said I was “late.” The bigger issue was the attitude of the front desk employee. She showed no understanding of the situation and offered no solution at all. I explained that I was sick and needed to see the doctor, that I have three children, and that my husband had to take time off work just to bring us to this appointment. On top of that, I was fasting and already exhaus
