Edward Pharmacy

Idk if the person I always seem to get stuck with is a pharmacist or tech but they sure don't know what they are doing. They don't know how drug coupon cards work and I am always getting over charged. I am told by the staff it is a problem with my coupon or my insurance. They never offer to do any leg work to see what the problem is. I work for Edward and am using their pharmacy which should be a seamless experience. I spent 1 hr today at the pharmacy making calls to the drug company and my insurance only to find out it is a problem with how Edward pharmacy is processing it on their end! I never had these problems using CVS pharmacy. I dont think a measly few bucks of potential savings is worth this hassle. Save yourself some grief and use another pharmacy. Also their app is horrible!

Not very big but you will get what you need, sometimes they let you know to wait for a day or two, not a big deal! If you are an inpatient in the hospital, they provide free delivery to you room, which is awesome.

Excellent service. Fast. Nice people to do business with. Some of their prescription prices are less expensive than at other drug stores.
