Egret Cove Center

This place basically killed my father in under 2 weeks. When he was transfered from a hospital for 'rehab' he was relatively fine. I don't think they ever even tried to do any rehab on him at all. Apparently, he was refusing meds and food and they basically did nothing. I came to visit him on the weekend and found him naked on the floor nonverbal and the workers apparently thought that was okay. No one did anything until I showed and insisted he be transfered out of there, but by then it was too late. He died about a week later. By no means should you send your loved ones here.

Great facility! We have been a provider in Egret Cove for years! What a great team and treat the staff very well which equals great patient care! Looking forward to many more years and hope we live up to your expectations! Great job Egret Cove

The care is horrible. The CNAs do not give the patients their showers and when you voice concerns their behavior becomes increasingly worse. And the food is horrible. Weekends limited staff to care for the patients. The housekeepers are more friendlier than the caregivers Don’t take your loved ones there!!!

The staff were very nice but the facility leaves a lot to be desired. Smells like urine, floors have seen better days, the bathroom was shared by 4 people and not very clean. Needs to be remolded and cleaned

This is a beautiful facility right by the Pinellas trail ! It’s undergoing renovation ! The staff cares and go over and beyond for the residents
