She is the most personable doctor i have ever had. Her office is busy and that’s a good sign because it means she has a lot of patients. Sometimes i get in right at my appointment time. Sometimes i need to wait a bit. But i know when it is my turn she will take her time with me and not rush me out the door. She will have an actual conversation with her patients and not rush in and out like most doctors.

Doctor Heffernan's office is always busy, yes. Doctor Heffernan gives you the attention and the time that you need with your appointment. Some people don't think about the fact that she spends a lot of time with you while you're in your appointment but you don't consider it while you're waiting for her. She gets you what you need and she gets you what you need done. She doesn't give up on her patients and do useless treatment or give useless medication. If you want a true family doctor she is the place to be.

Terrible at getting in contact with. Does not keep phone appointments. Will send labs out of network without informing you and leave you with the outrageous bill. Will continue to be hard to get in contact with. I do not recommend her services. All round bad service.

Dr Eileen is very caring and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She knows and understands.
