Eisenhower Urgent Care - La Quinta

I was impressed with the fast service and short wait time here, after recently moving from New York City and dealing with the long wait time at those clinics. I love how the rooms look like a luxurious ER. I especially loved talking to the nurses and Kathleen NP!

I had to take a client to the urgent care yesterday. The gentleman that worked in valet were over the top amazing! Above and beyond. Quick, efficient and very aware. The front desk should not be allowed to be on their phone when a patient walks to them at the counter. The lady on the phone didn't even look up at us after she said she could help us. She was on her cell. The doctor was more than amazing as well. She was very patient and explained things thoroughly. Thank you for that.

This building was built ten years ago. My first time here. I had to bring my mother to get her annual breast mammogram. I must say. VERY EXQUISITE. Very nice and clean. So convenient for those who live in la quinta having to get radiology, blood lab draws. They even have an urgent care. Women center. Starbucks inside. Valet service. Very nice place! I highly recommend those who go to eisenhower and dont want to drive all the way to rancho mirage, this is perfect.

I am not happy took them an hour to finally attend my son just to tell me that they are not contracted with the insurance. It would’ve been nice to be let know earlier, but they took their lovely time while one girl was just eating and drinking at her desk taking her lovely time

As always thr best place for me and my family to get medical attention that's not an emergency. Everyone here is Great. Always polite courteous and very helpful. TY
