⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review Element Dental is an outstanding dental office. The facility is always very clean, and the staff members are professional, friendly, and attentive. The dental care team provides excellent service, and my son’s teeth have shown noticeable improvement since we transferred from our previous office. My son mentioned that he likes this office much better because they take the time to do things the other dental office never did. He is very pleased with his orthodontist and the progress he’s seeing in his treatment. We truly appreciate the quality of care and the dedication shown at Element Dental. They don't even deserve the one star. I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the level of professionalism and customer service at Element Dental. Our recent experience was extremely frustrating and left us feeling that patient care and respect for patients’ time are not a priority at this office. We arrived approximately 10 minutes late for my son’s scheduled appointment. Despite the minimal delay, the staff made no effort to accommodate us or offer an alternative solution. Instead, we were informed that my son would not be seen at all. There was no flexibility, understanding, or attempt to resolve the situation. What makes this especially concerning is that during my very first appointment at this same office, I was required to wait over one hour past my scheduled app

Upon my arrival 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment, I was informed of a delay due to the presence of only one hygienist on site. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, even when faced with a high volume of clients, some of whom exhibited challenging behavior. My experience was highly satisfactory, notwithstanding the exceptionally high volume of activity. I wholeheartedly recommend Element Dental to all my family and friends.

Today was my first visit and all I can say is wow. Everyone in there is super nice and made me feel at ease. While I don’t like going to the dentist, I dont mind going back here. Thank you so much for making it a pleasant experience.

I had my semiannual cleaning and dental exam today and it was a pleasant experience. I grately appreciate the care and professional attention of the dental hygienist Kevna and Dr. Gillum this time. I highly recommend Element Dental to anyone who is searching for a fine, healthy dental experience.
