Customer Reviews
If i could give more stars i would. I was tempted to gatekeep Ian, but my experience was so outstanding it wouldn't be right if he didn't get credit. It feels like years of tension were lifted with my massage. He paid extra attention to knots and tight places that needed the care. He also sent me home with stretches that will help with the pain I have been experiencing. I feel incredibly grateful that I was able relax while learning to fix.
Went there for a 60 min massage and the massage I got was alright, I’ve had better. What really irked me was the receptionist. She asked if I wanted to tip and I gave her an amount. She proceeded to point out a chart with tipping percentages that is recommended. I told her I was good with what I said. Really made me uncomfortable and honestly rude.
Incredibly good massage technique that makes my body feel loose and ache free. The best massages I have ever. Clean, relaxing surroundings, very nice reception staff. Warming massage tables also a plus.
This is a chain and they act like it. I'll be better off finding a small business with better customer service. As soon as you find a good masseuse, (and it takes several tries because there are plenty of bad ones) they leave for something better. When you try to get out of your subscription, they mandate 30 days notice and one final payment no matter what. Be ready for red tape if you enter a subscription.
I have been going to Elements for years and Gene is always professional and takes care of any concerns I have. The front desk staff, especially Beth, Brendan and Julie, are courteous and hospitable. Recently they have switched from providing water bottles at the end of sessions to just cups of water. I much prefer the bottles even if it’s a small bottle because as much as I trust the staff it is kind of odd to just be handed a cup of water from an unknown source.
