Elements Massage

I had such a great experience at Elements Massage! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. The atmosphere was peaceful, and my therapist did an amazing job—listened carefully to what I needed and worked out all the tension. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care and a calming experience!

It's hard for me to find a massage place as I need deep to very deep tissue to relieve my muscle tension and aches. Unfortunately, my session fell below expectations. There wasn't really a consult at the beginning, the therapist just asked me if I wanted a whole body massage and I said yes but with shoulder and foot focus. Didn't ask about problem areas or how deep of a massage I wanted. When I booked the appointment I selected the top two highest levels of deep tissue massage. The shoulders and lower back were fairly good, but unfortunately everything else was just mostly light surface massage. I left with not much relief. Also, if you're a first time customer with a gift card you might not get the member discount. I read through the website and didn't recall seeing that. My gift card was

I bought a massage gift card for my husband and made an appointment. He filled out the information form ahead of time and arrived for his appointment. On the form he indicated that he had CLL (a form of leukemia). When he arrived the front desk girl said that the massage therapist refuses to give him a massage. You need to educate your staff. Cancer is not contagious and there is no reason that someone with leukemia can’t get massage! Also discussing in front of the other customers is completely unprofessional. I’m going there tomorrow to get a refund for the gift card.

Anyone else finding it impossible to get off Elements Massage's email list serve? The unsubscribe links on emails conveniently go nowhere, the websites conveniently don't have the email preferences laid out for clear accessibility. Last I remember the massagers were decent, but I haven't used Elements for years since I moved away... and still get emails.

Helpful & educational. Friendly staff! There are a variety of massage types and modes of treatment to heal the body. Beautiful environment to relax!
