Dr. Ortiz has exceeded all of our expectations. We were extremely anxious about choosing a pediatrician for our newborn, and Dr. Ortiz happened to be on call the day our baby was born. When our baby needed to be transported to University Hospital’s NICU, the way Dr. Ortiz handled the situation made all the difference. He kept us informed every step of the way and provided reassurance during such a scary time. From that moment, we knew he had to be our pediatrician. Ever since, Dr. Ortiz has consistently answered our questions, truly listened, and spoken with such a calm, reassuring manner; especially comforting for a first-time mom. He always reassures me that I’m doing everything right and doing a good job. I truly can’t give him enough stars. Thank you, Dr. Ortiz!

Recently moved to Seguin, so this was my 1st visit to see Dr Ortiz. Everyone in his office very nice. Then Dr Ortiz came in, oh my how refreshing. He was so nice to me, explaining everything so I could understand. I never felt rushed and I truly believe he cares about his patients. I know I made a good decision in choosing Dr Ortiz and look forward to having him as my Dr for many years.

Dr. Ortiz is the best pediatrician for my little girl!! He listens to every concern I may have and he has never judged or made me feel crazy. I really appreciate him and his knowledge when it comes to my baby!

Dr Ortiz is very detailed oriented. He listens and asks appropriate questions. Sine I have been seeing him (about 6 months) I'm doing better than I have in years. My health issues are many and complicated so I really appreciate all the help he has given me .
