My husband Tommy Robertson is a resident there. They are taking very good care of him. I appreciate all they do for him! Tommy is still there and is getting good care.

My mother in law is in this facility. We went to visit on Christmas Day to visit and she reeked of feces. We only saw one CNA while we were there. I called back later, as she was upset when we left , to check with the nurses about bathing her. She said, I’ll check in a little bit. Unacceptable! People get your POA’s in place. Be prepared for when the time comes. My mother in law was not ready and without any savings this is the best she can afford. It’s so, so sad!! We filed reports in the past without ever being notified that it was checked into!

Horrible place! Gave my mother the wrong medication, thank goodness it was nothing that would interact with her own medications that she was also given. Yes they called, kudos to them! It should never ever have happened !! Need disciplinary action policies in place when training new employees ! People get your POA and wills in place - she doesn’t have one and is stuck in this less than facility!!!

If you have a loved one or you need to go to a Nursing Home this is one you need to stay far away from. My mom went there because she had broke her hip at home. At first she liked it and was talking and doing therapy. Then she fell again broke her hip and back. She was talking out of her head and my sister had told the nursing staff that they needed to check see if she had an uti. Two weeks before she fell .She ended up having an uti that had been left untreated to the point infection had spread throughout her body. On top of that she had c-diff.. Now she is almost end of her life maybe she would had a little more time if these things were treated and not just overlooked. A UTI to the point of septic it has to be left untreated for awhile. Place is very old looking and desperately need upgrades. I am surprised at SRmedical for not putting money in this place. Shame on them.
