First off I just want to express an immense amount of gratitude to Kiara for the work they do. They are incredibly intentional and in tune with my body every time I see them. The body work feels like I am receiving a dance with the universe that I am consensually submitting to. The atmosphere, music and natural events in the rooms completely calms your nervous system and allows you to fully receive the work. I leave feeling grounded and on a cloud. Kiara listens to my needs and takes their time to really work on areas that need attention and also listens to my body and finds areas that I have overlooked. I’m definitely booking again and again. I have had many massages in my life, and the one performed by Kiara at Spiral Body work was one of the best I've had!
