Dr. Smith at Goodyear Dignity ER and the whole staff were fantastic! The bedside manner, listening and empathy reached beyond what is normal in today’s age. I spent decades coaching physicians on patient experience. Dr. Smith would be a great model for how it should be done! Everyone was professional, communicative and clear. Thank you!

Monica who Works the front desk ER has a work ethic of McDonald’s drive through She could care leas about per patients or her job . She sits with her hand in her face and greets you the same way. As if you are bothering her , while she is watching tv What kind of work ethic is this in an ER? Makes you wonder the kind of care you wil Receive But difference from How you are treated at camelback dignity. I have them 5 stars I did ask for her supervisor and she said… there is no one . She doesn’t have a supervisor

I had a very positive experience at Arizona General Goodyear. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Kristina, who checked me in and took my vitals, made the process quick and easy, and she was very pleasant to interact with. The Radiology Tech, Jo, was professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Nurse Rhiannon was also very kind and helpful, answering all my questions. NP Andrew, the provided excellent care and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Overall, I’m grateful for the compassionate care I received.

The performance was excellent. The staff and Dr. Bennett provided exceptional service. I was attended to immediately, tests were conducted promptly, and results were obtained swiftly. Despite their busy schedule, they consistently ensured my well-being. Their professionalism and customer service were outstanding.

PLEASE READ for you own financial protection... Don't be fooled by these five star ratings from people who were treated nice and don't wait to rate until after the "full experience". UPDATE: So I went here a while back for an abdominal injury and spent a couple hours getting no real diagnosis of my issue and I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the lack of a diagnosis and suspected billing outcomes. Well, I finally received the bill(s) from this place. No suprises here... numerous different inflated and surprise illegal billing claims with thousands of dollars out of pocket costs! I would use extreme caution with this facility. I went here because it claimed it was a United Health Care provider! During admission the nurse said to me, "just so you know, we bill seperately". I was like ok
