My ER visit to Dignity Health Centennial Hills was made so much better thanks to the incredible care from Nurse Yatzi, Anthony, Arthur, and nurse Taylor. From the moment I arrived, they were so welcoming and supportive, turning a stressful situation into a manageable one. Taylor was incredibly informative about my care, while Yatzi and Dr. Caldwell and the rest of the team were so helpful and attentive to every detail. I truly felt like I was in the best hands—thank you all for your professionalism and kindness!

Outstanding facilities and staff! If you have an emergency this is the place to go. Low wait time with exceptional service. The nurses, doctors, CT scans/X-ray techs were top caliber with extensive knowledge and a bedside manner that is unmatched. Anthony and Jackie were so friendly and knowledgeable. It’s the first time I’ve been to a hospital and felt like I was being taken care of by family. Thank you so much to every person that took care of me in time of need!!

I’m a Registered Nurse for this healthcare group, and I brought my mother-in-law in for a severe injury. From the moment we arrived, Aaleahya at the front desk immediately called the medical staff to assist us. Jacqueline, RN, Paramedic Anthony, and Dr. Beck were quick to assess and treat her, and they consistently checked in on us and made sure our needs were met. She was admitted, and Pauline, the inpatient RN, was incredibly reassuring and kind—she let me know I could go home and rest while they took great care of my loved one. I’ve worked at multiple hospitals in the valley and have had to bring loved ones to places where I’ve worked before. This place is incredible! Brought my son in, was pretty concerned for him and Dr. Go made me and my little boy comfortable. Reassured me and validated my concerns and took time to explain it all. Nurse Michael and Shilo were great and made my son feel comfortable and Anthony, ED Tech, did amazing getting an IV in a 4 year old and all the snacks he could ask for. Even the front registration was so kind and Rad Tech was so patient. So thankful for the amazing service!

We walked in for my daughter to get checked out 2.13.26 at around 1am. From the second we walked in we were greeted and helped. The whole staff specially Anthony was very friendly and polite. They all made sure my daughter got the care she needed. Got checked in and X-rayed super fast. We were offered food and drinks. Made our time feel like we were in a five star hotel. I hope I don’t have to but if I have to come back I know we would be well taken care of.
