Emergency Room - Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican, West Flamingo - Las Vegas, NV

Kelly was receptionist that helped us checked in. she was rude, bad attitude, and probably hate her job. Impatient with explaining things .avoid this place ,if possible!!!!!

The rudest employee I’ve ever encountered in a health establishment. We interrupted the receptionist from her texting when we walked up and the whole interaction was just immediate, pure distain and hatred towards our being there. We were super sick and couldn’t even make it past the check-in process, she was so condescending and mean to us that instead of arguing we literally just felt it’d be better to find another emergency room. Was a very strange, unprofessional encounter, would not recommend this hospital, especially if you’re already not feeling well.

We came to the Vegas area to visit family and my husband was sick almost immediately after getting off the plane. Finally got him to agree to medical attention a few days later & ended up at St. Rose Dominican Urgent Care in Summerlin. The entire staff was attentive, efficient, empathetic, friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and there was no wait time to be seen. We cannot thank them enough for all that they did.

Excellent care! Front desk, nurse Kathy, and the Dr were all amazing! Very efficient, thorough, fast, and clean! Highly recommend!

Terrible ER and staff. Misdiagnosed the treatment and charged $17k for a visit under 3 hours at the clinic. Was released and ended up leaving with increased painful symptoms. Dr refused to visit with me again. Nurse came in and removed everything and sent me on my way. Returned to Phoenix and was admitted in to ER and am now stable. This was a highway robbery assault. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
