Horrible service ever. Most of technology system here. But service worst than third world country. If you in real sick, forget this. You will die on the way. Employees including nurses and doctors has very poor knowledge. I went there with my 2 years old he never stop Diarrheas & vomiting. In entress security check. Then first of all check insurance. After that we never know how long time you need to wait until call. Some times more than 2 hours for first call. After entering first checking vital signs. Then send out again wait another hour. Then call again and ask to check urine or stool. Then send out back and waiting another hour. Then call again for the x-ray. If any one has continuous Diarrheas that any kids understand he has germs . Then they must check stool sample. But they will

This ER is a roulette but last night I was treated strangely, chastized that without a gp i havent been assigned yet i cant continue care, then asked what I wanted her to do about it. She did order scans and then sent me home with a topical NSAID that is hated by most western doctors for causing liver failure in a patient with a history of acute hepatitis and liver failure that must be monitored with weekly tests in patients with no liver issues. Weird especially after chastizing me because the medical system is slow. When I said I had A1AT type ZZ all she heard was " I am not dressed well at 4 am and I must just want pain killers." No, I did not want pain killers but I am glad I didn't let the rude ER doctor ruin my liver for the next foreseeable future and will not have to deal with te

I was briefly stopped at the emergency entrance while attending to a patient experiencing severe pain. During that short time, someone approached and behaved rudely toward me. While the situation was frustrating, I understand that people may not always see the full context. My priority was my patient’s urgent care.

We came here on a Saturday night, and the place was very calm and almost empty, which was a relief. I was here with my wife who had a severe allergy, and they attended to her super quickly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the parking situation. Even though it’s a hospital, there’s no proper parking for visitors, not even paid. At least in the ER area, I didn’t see any options. I had to park in a red zone on the street and pray they wouldn’t tow my car. We arrived around 12 AM and now it’s 2:15 AM and we’re already out. I went to the ER on Sunday at 5pm and left at 8pm. There were a lot of people there, but the wait wasn't long. They were very efficient, all tests and talk to get all the info was quick but very thorough. They were very nice and empathetic also, which is something that's hard to find in most hospitals nowadays! I would recommend going to this ER over any others in the valley. I've spent a good amount of time in the ER over the past several years and this was by far the best experience.
