Terrible customer service. They are nice people while in the office, but don't seem to ever follow through with what they commit to. Current complaint: I have the sale of a filly pending on the results of an exam by Dr. Jensen but haven't received the results even though I have called and received a commitment from them 3 times. Hate having my name as a breeder dependent on such poor follow-through.

I would recommend this place for any puppy parent. They treated me excellent and took wonderful care of my dog Tink. It was An emergency visit for us, but they helped her get well!

My Great Dane was very ill and I couldn't get the vet clinic I have usually used to answer a call. It was after hours and I was able to get hold of Dr. Jensen's staff which put me in touch with Dr. Jensen. The surgery was performed on a Friday night and we were able to pick him up Saturday morning. It was a life saving event for this majestic animal and I'll forever drive from Helper to Castle Dale from here on out.

Awesome service! Very kind and gentle staff. Our Nurse was Very knowledgeable! I also love that this is a teaching hospital, the high school intern was so sweet. Doc answered all of my 1st puppy questions. Would recommend!

Always great service, Dr. Jensen is always thorough and takes his time. Crystal is always great and we love the whole staff always feel like we are being taken care of.
