I’ve had a couple sessions with Julia now, and honestly, each one has been so different but equally transformative. I’ve carried a lot of medical trauma and anxieties for years, stuff I’ve just buried down and choose not to give time too, and Julia has this way of helping me actually feel that weight lift off my chest. Her space is so peaceful and safe, it feels like a little pocket where I can finally find release and breathe. I’m so grateful for her and the healing she’s helped me find.

Julia is an amazingly talented professional. I have a couple of disaster zones on my body that cause a lot of pain. She does a wonderful job of stabilizing them and making the time in between visits more comfortable. She uses a variety of modalities and pays a lot of attention to the comfort of the table. She puts her all into our sessions and genuinely wants to understand what I need to heal. She offers a variety of services in addition to massage and customizes each session based on my needs.
