I was a patient here for several years , having had very nice doctors and assistants , good treatment and what I had thought was fair charges. This was until I happened to be speaking with my dental insurer regarding several questions and was informed that two procedures I had at encino family dental were never billed through my insurance. The insurance company actually told me that no services were ever submitted for payment, despite having the dental office specifically stating I was being charged the insurance coverage rates With the trust we gain from a doctor or dental office over time , I paid the amount they charged me With the information provided by the insurance company, I now knew I had been overcharged by over $600 for the combined two procedures. I have been coming here off and on for the last few years. The staff was always friendly but even though I have no complaints about the previous dentist, I must say the new dentist, Dr. Kanevsky exceeded my expectations. She was very thorough, and explained everything she was doing. The staff is still the same, even good old Dr. Schneider. I was always reluctant of sending family here because of the previous dentist’s demeanor but now I will definitely be sending my family and friends to Dr. Kanevsky.

I have been a client for over 13 years years. Due to cheap jobs on dentistry in the past, I have had a lot work replaced. Its been excellent. Due to several reasons I didnt make my annual check up and found recent changes and got worried. But since I needed it I tried the new dentist. And.. I LOVE HER!! I love her honesty, patience, she is considerate, fair, quick, and I felt she took me as a personal goal to do her best as if it were her own teeth. Hope you get the picture. I have referred several of my friends and family. Awesome staff too. I cant think of anything negative to say. Thank you for being so prefessional.

The staff at this doctors office were great from the moment I walked in the door. I felt welcomed and at ease from the moment I arrived which is important to me at a doctor's office. Everyone I encountered was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Dr. Lorenz walked me through my procedure and told me what to expect. From there everything went off without a hitch. I feel happy and fortunate to have a dentist office that I can trust and know I will always be able to get top notch care from!!

I love coming here, I'm a new patient and new to California. I haven't trusted a dentist since 2006 after a bad experience in Chicago. The staff makes me feel comfortable and really does a great job. Highly recommended place to go!!!
