I have never had any problems with going to this office. I fully trust Dr. Mortada. He always leave me assured that my thyroid is doing okay for now and to make sure to call him if I start feeling anything different. He convinced me to go onto a hormone patch after almost 9 years after my full hysterectomy. I’m glad he did because I was miserable. Thank you Dr Mortada for being a great dr that actually listens to my concerns!!’

The staff and Remi Mortada at the Endocrine Center of Kansas are very professional and caring. Everyone is kind, helpful, and truly focused on patient health. They don’t waste time—they get to the root of the problem and take a proactive, precise approach. I always feel well cared for and confident in their guidance.

I don't know how it is already being a patient here. But I will give my experience on trying to be a new patient. So first it took over a week to receive my medical records. I've been put on hold several times trying to get a hold of the medical records department. People at the front desk said they were there. But hardly anyone answers the phone. After trying to call back to schedule an appointment their phone cut off. So I had to email for them to call back. I left a bad review (not this one, a different one) because of my experience with them and then I deleted the review thinking it was too much. Then because I left a bad review they canceled my appointment and I have to find a different place to get treated. To me this place cares more about its reviews than people. Terrible managemen

Dr.Mortada is genuinely caring and extremely knowledgable! I love his bedside manner! The BEST!
