Dr. Isaacson was referred to me by a family friend. He’s a wonderful doctor. Calm and patient. His office staff is very friendly too. I see him regularly for a toe issue that he takes care of and leaves me without any issues.

Dr Isaacson has done a bunion surgery and hammer toe surgeries for me. The surgeries were years apart. I am satisfied with the work done on my foot, No problems. But the wait time in his Parkchester office is intolerable, about 1 1/2 hours. In comparison, the wait time in the Patk Avenue office is only about 15 minutes.

I've been coming here for nearly 10 years for custom orthotics. I've been waiting since February for my latest set, with no end in sight. New orthotics come and they don't fit, with minimal changes between attempts despite assurances that they will be corrected. I last went in to take new measurements on June 4th, with an ETA of 2-3 weeks. It's now 5 weeks without any news, and it really hurts for me to walk.
