Haven’t gotten lash extensions in a while but Sophie has a new loyal regular with me! Her work is beautiful and she makes the time fly by. My lashes are so pretty and last a decent amount of time.

Sophie was incredible she is so funny and caring! I put my full trust in her to do my lashes and she ATE! The service was incredible and she took care to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the entire experience. If I could give her 10 stars I would, will absolutely be going back and referring friends!

I went to Sophie for a Brazilian wax. All I can say is never go here for a wax ever. It was so unsanitary, she used the same stick the majority of the wax, kept dipping it back into the wax pot after using it on me. If she is doing that on me with a Brazilian I’m scared to know what else she’s doing. This wax is also being used on other peoples faces and other places, which is absolutely insane. She also made me clean myself with a wet wipe and then I had to do my own after care with some random oil on a wet wipe and then AQUAPHOR on a wet wipe???? That doesn’t belong there ?? I tried to email to get a refund and got no response. It was one of the worst Brazilians I have ever experienced in my 10+ years of getting them. My Girlfriend got her lashes done here with Sophie Hernandez. She asked for lash extensions that were on the more natural side but still looked like full extensions. She gave a few photos for reference as well. The lashes came out just awful to sum it up. She was charged over $250 for these extensions and they were simply horrible and she wanted them off ASAP. She messaged Sophie to professionally take them off so she wouldnt damage her lashes, and Sophie said she would only do it for $45 extra. My gf went back and got them removed for the extra charge and she acted passively rude about her coming back to take them off.
