All of the pharmacists and staff at this pharmacy are professional and compassionate! They have helped our family through many of life's medical journeys. They most recently problem solved on a difficult to fill prescription and found an effective solution without cost above what insurance would have paid. Once again the phones are completely not working so I can't order my meds and I will run out before they can be refilled because they have to communicate with the Dr. I'm schizophrenic and am also on some addictive meds that lack of can cause seizures and worse. This is a huge problem. I've been calling for hours. If they'd got the order today it should've been exactly the right amount of time. I've been calling all day. This has happened before and is extremely frustrating. I've never seen a place have so many phone issues.

The pharmacist was helpful and kind. Gave me some advice and recommended a product for some eye irritation I'm having.

Very rarely have my prescriptions done on time. I don't understand the point of a time-frame on my chart when even giving 24 hrs to do a fill and it isn't done. Plus they are rude.
