Eugene Chia-Shiuh Chaung

This Doctor is a joke. He denies your refills and then isn't willing to explain hisself in person. He brushes through it as if its not important and then he attempts to skim through your paperwork while stting in front of you to give you an update, but its as if he is just looking at it for the first time as has nothing to compare it to so its like he's always scratching his head trying to figure out what to tell you. He speaks to you as if you are a number and he has no care to really help you. I wouldn't wish this doctor on my worst enemy and I am definitely going to be filing a formal complaint on him.
