I dont usually get facials so this was a big splurge for me. I came here once long ago and had a pleasant memory of it. This time around, they assigned an untrained new person to care for me in the most careless manner-- I had a bad feeling when we started the session with her accidentally scratching my face. And the worst part is she was so clueless and happy; we did not speak the same language so despite my multiple protests at many points of discomfort, there was no real response. In an attempt to do the most, it turns out my facial was nearly 2 hours long-- of course lying w my face covered in goo, I had no idea how much time had passed. I really enjoyed my experience here. The owner and everyone is just generally kind and makes you feel welcomed. I knew the owner was the real deal because she told me straight up for my skin to look as beautiful as it does after the treatment it takes a real effort at home on a consistent basis. She gave me recommendations and open my eyes to why my skin is always so dry. I definitely got my moneys worth 💵♥️

If I can give more stars I would! This is by far the best place to get a facial done. I know the prices are pretty high but if you want results, you’re going to get it. They use all different types of machines and product specifically designed for your needs/concerns. The staff is very professional and VERY knowledgeable . Each staff who works here provided exceptional service. They don’t push services or product like other places do. They focus on what your skin needs. Everytime I come here, I have the aesthetician scan my face to see what my trouble areas are and what she recommends. I went here consistently prior to my wedding and my skin was flawless! I unfortunately moved out of state but Every time I come back to visit, I make it a requirement to get a facial done here.

this business is deceptive and greedy, horrible to their employees, and the most painful extraction I’ve ever got. Acne looks even worse after I got treatment so i had to extract again when i got home. Without any mention or explanation they adds procedure and it’s out of my expense. What were the consultations for? And why it is on the bill? But i end up not paying be cause i paid in cash, not because i got the treatment they offed during the consultation. I would have been happy if i only got what i was there for. At least, i wish i was happy with my results but it’s not.

No, i disagree about the consultation fee. It was not mentioned beforehand. There was no consultation on my behalf, instead she only explained about services she cant provide like botox, which she pointed to her forehead that she had done at some other clinic. I’ve been to many professional aestheticians and the lady i spoke with is by far not a professional.
