AMAZING!!! I've had the best experience with this facility and staff. My surgery was with Dr. Porras and I am so happy with my results, his bedside manner, experience. The staff is nothing short of incredible Marina and Nely answered all 970 thousand questions I had. I received phone calls almost daily after my surgery for 2 weeks from them checking up on me. My nurse Janet was amazing and took great care of me. Everyone is so professional and made me feel extremely comfortable. If you are hesitant on selecting this place, I'd suggest you go there for a consultation in person. I am someone who constantly worries and overthinks and i was so scared the day of surgery but everyone made me so comfortable and I felt very safe. I had previous bad experiences in Tijuana and I wished I met him before because he tells you the truth instead of taking your money like other doctors did to me before. The coordinators are great at communicating and following up before and after the surgery day, the nurses are very nice and professional, their rooms are very clean and they provide us with everything we need to have a great experience. I choose this place after doing much research and seeking a cost effective gynecomastia surgery. I was quoted at the standard ( Mexico) price point. You get what you pay for ! Horrible experience. The office itself lacked proper ventilation and was very very hot which is counter productive to a medical facility. My surgery thankfully went problem free however they botched the job. I awakened to discover that one of my nipples was completely concaved ( a divot), from the surgeon removing too much tissue and the nipple no longer has sensation! Secondly the surgeon made the erroneous decision to place drain tubes right beneath my nipples instead of at the sides of the chest.
