I started seeing Chris for bodywork about a year ago and he’s been a lifesaver! We also see him for massage therapy when we can. His space is very inviting and he’s very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone looking to improve their overall physical health.

I have gone several times and have enjoyed every session. He’s great at asking which muscle groups are tense and focuses on them. Highly recommend people give it a try if you struggle with minor/severe muscle tension.

I highly recommend Chris! I was dealing with shoulder pain for almost one year. I had no luck improving it with multiple specialists. I then went to Chris who was able to pinpoint the root of the issue very quickly. Just one focused treatment helped my pain and range of motion. He's helped my husband out tremendously with chronic back pain as well. He clearly has a wealth of knowledge in regards to body mechanics.
