I had a wonderful experience with Jason Rickman Au.D. He spent a long time with me at our initial consult and explained my test findings in a clear and easy to understand. Turns out I do not need further treatment so I wanted to pay him for all his time. He refused my offer stating the consult is free. I was very impressed with my whole experience and highly recommend his services

I feel extremely lucky that a friend of mine suggested Excel Audiology to me when the time came for me to get hearing aids. Dr. Rickman is fantastic. He’s smart, highly skilled, patient and a great problem solver. I was apprehensive about getting hearing aids, but after my first visit, all that apprehension was gone. We are very lucky to have Excel Audiology in Wilmington. It really is superior. The office is very nice too, very calm, and Kathy at the front desk always greets you so warmly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Really pleased with Jason’s expertise and professionalism. Am an early riser and love 8am appointments. Jason has the office open even if I arrive 10 or 15 minutes early and takes me right away. Highly recommend Excel.
