DO NOT GO HERE!! SCAM DOCTORS LOOKING FOR PROFITS!! I went here several weeks ago just for a basic cleaning, and they said I have a root canal and several cavities. The doctor then said she was going to start treating the root canal by prescribing me some medications. She did not ask if I was currently on mediations. I’m on blood thinners. I then asked her if any of the medications she was going to prescribe conflicted with what I was taking and she responded with “I think it’s fine.” That’s not a proper response. You don’t “think” medications don’t conflict. You go and check and double check, as blood thinners are a severe medication that when conflicted with the wrong medication, can cause heart attack or death. That’s not the only problem. About 2 1/2 weeks ago I had what I thought a okay review about my experience because I thought they genuinely helped me. Looking back and after getting second opinions they gave me medication (steroids) that I did not need. For more context I had my wisdom teeth removed from an oral surgeon (who's office was closed the day I visited excel dental, which is why I visited), i was experiencing pain and because my surgeon's office was closed I called them to see if they could check in what's wrong with me. To which they said yes, I get there front desk staff treated me amazing despite my discomfort. However when I get seen by the dentist and their assistants. I had an excellent experience, went there as a new patient and front desk and assistants were so polite and friendly. Dr Aghaabbasi did such a wonderful job and I got all my treatment done same day as well, very pleasant visit!

From the receptionist to the dentist and everyone in between, everyone at Excel was exceptional. I was seen right away, and the care was thorough, professional, and truly impressive. This is unlike any other dental experience I’ve had!

The front desk staff are excellent, but unfortunately, they performed a permanent crown on me about two months ago. Yes, it fit well and cemented, but after about a week or two, the crown became loose and the tooth fell off. It was almost swallowed; luckily, I spit it out. It was re-cemented twice, and two more times with the same strategy as the older method, to no avail. The inevitable happened: the cap came off during an event, causing me to choke and spit it out, which was then stepped on and broken. Now they want me to pay upwards of $700 for their inability to ensure the successful cementation of the tooth, which is supposed to last about 5 to 9 years. Why should I have to pay for their failure and inability? That's horrible!
