⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this urgent care! From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, welcoming, and patient as I had 3 hyper kids in tow. NP Amy Cain went above and beyond—she listened closely, explained everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a provider who is both incredibly knowledgeable and truly compassionate, but she is exactly that. Her team was just as amazing. Everyone worked together seamlessly and treated me with patience and respect the entire time. You can tell they care about their patients’ well-being, and it shows in every interaction. i came in on thursday with some of the worst illness i've ever had. sore throats and swollen lymph nodes so bad you can't swallow, fever so high you can't sleep, vomiting and muscle aches. i'm usually the type to avoid the doctor until my mama makes me go, but i had been sick only 1 day and knew i couldn't live if i put it off. so i got there around 9:30 after urgent care said they wouldn't take my insurance, i was the only one in the lobby and confused off my ass about what insurance i actually have. i'm 19, my mama usually does all the talking. so after i call her and figure it out im sitting in a chair under the TV phasing in and out of reality until my name is called. yall i think i walked through that door into heaven. the lights were dim and everyone was softspoken. i felt so safe d

I recently had an appointment here and left feeling disappointed with my overall experience. The doctor’s tone came across as having a slight attitude, which made me feel uncomfortable and unimportant as a patient. I did not feel fully heard. Additionally, the nurse was dismissive when I mentioned hitting my head. The doctor stated that I never told her, even though I clearly did. This communication made me feel questioned and was communicated in a way that felt rude and dismissive toward my experience and symptoms. I understand healthcare providers are busy, but respectful communication and attentiveness are essential for patient care. I hope future interactions focus more on making patients feel valued, listened to, and respected during visits. This is just my experience.

My child got sick with the flu while we were out of town, in Starkville and NP Cain and the staff went above and beyond to help get him health again. This is the BEST medical facility we have ever visited. We walked in was welcomed with open arms, saw the nurse and we were on our way very quickly. Everyone was super nice, caring, and ready to help. They displayed the TRUE meaning of the what it means to be medical professionals. THANK YOU!

I have been to multiple different urgent care clinics around Starkville, but ExpressCare is my number 1. During my freshman year of college, I was having multiple issues with the on campus college health center, and we couldn't figure out what was making me so sick. In ONE trip to express care, I was able to get the answers, medicine, and comfort I needed. The entire staff here just goes above and beyond, from the cozy lighting and white noise machines in each room. They are extremely quick about getting you the medicines and the referrals you need (if you need them!) I have been loyal to this health center for 3 years now, and if I stay in Starkville after I graduate, I will continue to go to this clinic!
