10 +++++++++ Yes! Tiara, my NP was phenomenal. She listened to me and understood my medical needs. She was easy to talk to, professional, and very pleasant. This was my second visit with Tiarra. The first visit was just as good as this experience. My medical assistant Clarizza was also amazing. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very professional and caring. I would recommend the Middlesex/Essex location for great customer service and Healthcare to my friends and family

Stella was a waste of time. I finally go there and I explain Ive been sick for a while as Im also grieving a close loss. They test me for flu and covid which was negative. She asked if I needed a note I said yes for tomorrow as I still have insane body aches. She said, “no save your pto” THEN she jumps into some rant about her personal life that I just dont care for?? Im in pain!! Stella then asks me if Im upset that she didnt write me a note???? Are you guys high?? I said, it doesnt matter now!! Im still not going I dont feel well! Lesson learned: Next time Ima go to the Patient First in Nottingham no matter how terrible I feel — because why would I waste two hours of my morning just for you to not even write a note?? The VERY least you couldve done. Plus its disgusting in there, smells

I was in and out! The staff helped me with everything! I had a ton of questions and they explained it so perfectly they were very patient with me as well. I love the care that I got here it was so quick I got out in 30 minutes. it was very fast service.

Telemedicine was a LIFESAVER! The process of setting up the appointment and staff contacting you was very easy. In no time I had a fantastic doctor on the phone and my medicine I had run out of sent right to my pharmacy! I used this great service once in the past and this time I was worried about not being able to reach my Dr and then 💡I remembered Expresscare! Thank you so much!

Our NP dawn was absolutely amazing she made both of my children feel comfortable and answered all of our questions she took her time with each child and made sure I knew everything I needed to know she is the best one we have ever had the pleasure of meeting at the Essex md office.
