UPDATE: As you can see, they replied, the same reply they gave all the negative reviews. They shouldn't be in this business that involves caring about the service they performed for others. We just visited this place. Express should NOT be part of their name as they were terribly slow. We arrived, filled out paperwork, told the friendly receptionist we needed to be out of there by a certain time as our sick child has a brother who needs to be met when the bus drops him off. We waited about 15 minutes, we are the only ones there. Then a person took us to a room. Then they performed the standard tests, along with having him pee in a bottle for his ear infection. We did all that, then waited another 15 minutes for the doctor. She seemed to be good and explained everything. I told her we

If you are looking for top quality service from a doctor who truly cares look no further. Dr Deborah Spooner is absolutely incredible. I was suffering and she took the time to listen and truly hear me. She made it a point to not just treat the issue at hand but made me feel taken care of. This is for the receptionist and tech that were working on 12/29/25 10:15am. I scheduled and completed check in online for 10:30am. When I arrived I finished checking in on the kios so I didn't have to speak to anyone. I sat in a corner across from the receptionist after putting a mask on so I did not spread my germs. You clearly could tell I was sick because I could not stop coughing. I notice the receptionist rotate the files as to who was next. At first I didn't get upset because someone else could have had an earlier appointment or were in worse shape than me. A patient walked in and seemed to know the receptionist. The tech came out to get the next patient (me), when she spotted this patient (Brianna) and smiled, greated her then asked the receptionist for Brianna's file and took her

I had some severe symptoms that, unfortunately became much worse on Christmas Eve. I called, and the automated system set me up for a 12:06 appointment. Never got any confirming text or email. So, I called and confirmed with the front desk. The waiting room was crowded, but I felt confident since I had a definite appointment. At 1:00 I asked the receptionist if it mattered that I made an appointment and was basically told "no". At 1:30 I got a refund of my copay and went down the road to another place that helped me right away. I'm lucky I didn't get stuck in an ER due to the delay of this place. They used to be good but, no more. Never again!

Best urgent care experience ever. Staff is so friendly and make you feel like more than a patient. Wait times were more than acceptable I’ve never been anywhere that gets you in and seen by a doctor so quick. I visited this office the morning of 8/12 and everyone from the check in process to the medical assistant to the doctor was amazing. The medical assistant went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable I forget her name but she was awesome. 10/10 highly recommended if you need urgent care.
