Eye Care Prosper - Eye Doctor’s Office

First time visiting. An appointment was obtained quickly. Wait time less than five minutes. Thanks to the “Front Desk” young ladies. Dr. Andrew Trang is polite, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Dr. Trang explained each exam, ensured that I was comfortable/agreeable before he proceeded and patiently answered my questions/concerns. I appreciated that Dr Trang was very precise in his recommendations:- he only suggested things that were relevant and appropriate for me. This was by far the absolute best experience I have had in all my years of having to visit an optometrist.

Took the whole family in for comprehensive eye exams and had a fantastic experience. Our youngest was a little nervous, but Dr. Trang was incredibly kind and immediately made her feel comfortable. He walked us through each step of the exam, explained everything clearly, and took the time to address all of our questions and concerns. He even reviewed our retinal scans in detail, which we really appreciated. The clinic itself is bright, clean, cool, and very welcoming. The entire visit was efficient and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend this clinic. The staff did not seem confident in examining children, and we ultimately had to visit another optometrist for a complete and accurate evaluation. They also pushed the eye imaging scan, which is not covered by most insurance plans. I specifically requested a standard dilated exam—something typically covered by insurance—but I still did not receive a proper eye exam. felt like newly graduate and having the clinic for the first time. There were several other issues during my visit, and overall the experience left me feeling dissatisfied and concerned. I wanted to share this feedback so others are aware.

The front desk staff and the doc, both are damn amazing. Very rare find...😊. The doctor Andrew goes way beyond to check thoroughly and explain everything in detail. Took his time and didn't hurry. Amazing person. He tweaks the prescription to its finest detail possible to ensure it fits the patient comfortably. I have been wearing glasses for past 25 years and this kind of thoroughness in check-up is rare. Special Kudos to front desk staff for being super nice!!!
