Excellent Eye Care Experience! I recently visited Dr. Ferine Johannes, OD for an eye exam, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the visit was exceptionally smooth and professional. The doctor was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain every procedure thoroughly, ensuring I understood each step of the examination. All my questions were answered patiently and clearly, which I greatly appreciated. The wait time was very acceptable, and the office location was convenient. I will absolutely be returning to this doctor for all my future eye care needs and highly recommend her to anyone seeking top-notch care.
Dr. Johannes was amazing today! I had to see her for an eye emergency and she was able to explain what was happening and how to fix it within minutes! However, she took her time examining my eyes, asking pointed questions and allowed me the opportunity to ask my own questions. She is very knowledgeable , compassionate and concise- I’ve found my new optometrist in Okatie!!
Dr. Johannes is a great eye doctor. My husband and I have been going to her for the past 10 years and are never disappointed. Dr. Johannes diagnosed my macular disease in my left eye and immediately got me an appointment with a retinal specialist to correct my problem. We wouldn't go to any other eye doctor. We highly recommend her.
Dr. Johannes is not your ordinary Optometrist. She has made sure that my vision is great. Dr. Johannes also has made sure that my eyes are healthy. I really appreciate the time that Dr. Johannes took with me to explain what was going on with my eyesight and the health of my eyes. I never felt like I was just another patient. Dr. Johannes's concern for the health and vision of my eyes allowed brought me great comfort. I highly recommend Dr. Johannes and her services to anyone who wants to be treated by the best!
I just had my eyes examined by Dr. Feline Johannes, OD and she was remarkable. She used an MRI to scan my eyes and gave me a step by step analysis on each part of my eyes and the condition of the retina and macula etc. Answered all my questions and was really straight forward with everything. I've never been that educated on my eyes and their condition. A very educated Dr. I met her for the first time today and I was very thankful that she did my eye exam. Her knowledge and caring sets her apart and the MRI picture really are impressive. I highly recommend.
