EyeWorks -Lumberton

The eye exam was excellent. I got a set of Eyeworks frames. Within 90 days they literally broke in half at the bridge and fell off my face. They were under warranty so I took them back for repair. They replaced the frame the week of July 4th and charged me $50 on a $90 frame. Within 1 week the lenses popped out of the frame at the top corners. I will never get glasses from them again.

DR Johnson is awesome! He will spend the time needed to make sure you get exactly what you need. He has spent countless hours with me trying to fit my contacts in a way that works for my needs. His staff is courteous and friendly. The office is always clean and well taken care of. Dr Johnson and his staff will go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need...never plan on leaving this practice!!

I’ve been a patient with Eye Works for years and today they lost a patient and customer. Certain staff are unprofessional and the organization overall is not very informative. If you have an outstanding bill they will not contact you about the bill until you come into the office, which can be an inconvenience to anyone. If your contact and glasses prescription expires, guess what, you won’t get a call from them to get a follow up appointment to get those prescriptions renewed. Which is a courtesy that they do not offer. I am very displeased with this business.

Understandably it took several months for me to get an appointment. Everybody loves EyeWorks! It took longer than I expected for me to actually be seen from my appointment time but Dr. Naig was awesome. He's good at what he does. It takes so long because he is thorough. After seeing him, I went over to pick out frames for my new glasses and the associate Ruby was such a jewel! She helped me without being asked. She took the extra time to come over and with each pair I tried on she was like a best friend, critiquing every pair. We finally found a frame we both agreed looked good. She was absolutely amazing. She then worked the numbers and found discounts and savings through my insurance. I am very pleased with my experience and highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for the b

We were staying at the KOA Campground in Lumberton when my husband’s glasses fell out of his pocket into the fire pit. Needless to say they were toast, LITERALLY. He had no backup pair and we were leaving to drive home that day so needless to say we were panicked to get a replacement. I found Eyeworks on Google and Deborah was able to whip him out a new pair in no time! She & Tiffany were such a lifesaver to us and their customer service was impeccable! We would give them MORE than 5 ⭐️ if we could. Thank you so much to Eyeworks for being there.
