This women Deepa Sheepa(spelling wrong) she has an accent, so rude, disrespectful and unprofessional! I had a scheduled appt at 2:30. She left me a voicemail saying she wanted to make sure I was coming because due to weather they were closing. Which is understandable. My issue was she left a voicemail saying she would be in the office til exactly 2:30 if I was coming. The call from her was at 12:56. I called back at 1:08. She then tells me she changed her mind and want to leave. I live and hour away. There was no heads up hours before to do this and she would not be courteous enough to stay until 2:30 which WAS my SCHEDULED appt to pick up my retainer. I had a referral from my family dentist to get my wisdom teeth out ASAP. I had an appointment to get a consult here on March 21. I took a half day off of work and drove an hour for my appointment and when I got there all the doors were locked. I was finally able to get a hold of someone and he said that the doctor had a family emergency and had to leave and that everyone was called when I was NEVER notified. He said he would get back to me within 2 days to reschedule immediately for the inconvenience. I then waited 3 days and heard nothing, so I called them. I have been coming here since I was 17, I am now 20. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been trying to get an appointment scheduled for a YEAR now. I have called and called probably 30 times over the past year and each time I call the customer service reps are very rude and they say the same thing all the time. "I have to contact the office coordinator or I will put an urgent message on this so we make sure the coordinator calls back this time" I have NEVER been called back. My braces were ready to come off months ago but now my teeth are starting to transition back to how they were because these braces have been on for so long without any adjustment. Very unprofessional. There isn’t any communication within the office and with their patients. Instead of making their patients happy they cancel appointments and with hold your information from being sent out. i have been lied to and my time has been wasted coming into this office. It’s been a month since my appt and my insurance’s Vendor for braces hasn’t received any information from them still. On the day of my appt I was told it’ll take 3-6 days. When I called back it was changed to 3-6 weeks. First they sent it on the day of my appointment, next they never sent it, then they will be sending it. Almost a month later “nothing was sent out”. I’ve been going here for a year or so now. For ortho and I don’t like how the doctor barely looks over your teeth like somehow they just automatically know what’s going on in your mouth. It almost feel as though my mouth is not not getting better or teeth are starting to overlap because my brackets break a lot , which is another thing I don’t do anything I didn’t do before with braces but somehow this go around a bracket always break between 6 week checkups. This is the second time I had braces so I know the type of care I had before is not the same here. Also the office almost NEVER answer the phone.
