I had a wonderful experience during my first visit today. Everyone was very friendly. The person at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The hygienist was very thorough during every step, from X-rays to the cleaning, and really listened to all of my concerns. The dentist spent time explaining everything and made sure we had a plan to address all of my needs. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Paul and his staff were first class all the way. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like family. You can tell they truly care about your experience and comfort, and nothing ever felt rushed. They were able to quickly assess the “root” of my problem, and take care of the issue right there in the office without having to refer me out to a specialist. I highly recommend Fairway Dental to everyone in Licking county, and the I’m so glad they are now a part of this wonderful Granville community.

10/10 Perfect new patient experience. Staff is all very friendly. The office puts a lot of effort into making it as stress free as possible. Dr. Johnson was incredibly kind and great to work with. The hygienist Rachel was really great and I never had any painful pokes/jabs. They take a more conservative approach which I really appreciate as well. Nothing felt like a “sales pitch”.

Wonderful experience! I was able to very easily make a booking online and fill out all needed advance paperwork at that same time (I am a new patient). The office is lovely - very clean and beautifully designed. The staff were very welcoming and kind, and I was tended to right away. Rachel my dental hygienist took great care of me, and was thorough with all of the intake (given I was a new patient). Her cleaning was a breeze - I just relaxed and felt super clean when all done. Dr. Johnson was also a pleasure to meet - he checked me over at the end to confirm health status. All in all, it was a great experience from beginning to end! Highly Recommend!

I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care. I have never seen such a beautifully designed dental office. And they have the latest technology - same day crowns, IV sedation, and more. Heidi was able to quickly verify my insurance. Rachel, the hygienist, was incredibly personable and gentle. Dr. Johnson has a fantastic personality and immediately puts you at ease. You can tell the entire team takes pride in providing top quality care.
